Your satisfaction is our priority - we ensure your family's book is perfect.

​Every MyBranches book goes through your careful approval process:

  1. You receive a digital eBook preview of your personalized book within 2 weeks

  2. Make it perfect with free error fixes and additional edits available for purchase

  3. We only print after you approve the final version

This means you'll see exactly what your book looks like before we print and ship it.

Before Printing

Full refund available if you're not satisfied after 2 rounds of edits.

Before printing a MyBranches book we want to ensure you love it:

  1. You can request any error revisions for free and purchase specific edits

  2. If you're still not happy, request a refund within 10 business days of receiving your digital preview

  3. We'll process your full refund promptly

After Printing

No refunds on printed books, but we'll replace any printing errors at no cost.

Once you approve your book it is on it's way to you:​

  1. Printed books ship within 5-10 business days after approval (U.S. only)

  2. Single book: Standard shipping fee applies at checkout

  3. 2+ books to the same address: FREE shipping! 🎉

Tracking: You'll receive email updates with tracking information once your book ships.

What If There's a Printing Error?

We Stand Behind Our Quality

Mistakes happen, but we'll always make them right.

If your printed book arrives with an error:

  1. Contact us within 30 days at hello@mybranches.ai

  2. Send us photos of the issue

  3. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you

What's Not Covered

To keep costs low and quality high, we cannot offer refunds on printed books once they're approved and printed. Here's why:

  • Each book is custom-made specifically for your family

  • You approved the digital preview before printing

  • The book cannot be resold or used for another family

However: If there's a printing or shipping error, we'll always replace it at no charge.
